Terms of Service

1. Website Use

This site is for lawful business inquiries about custom labels, tags, stickers and packaging. An inquiry is not an order.

Give accurate information and respect others’ rights. Do not disrupt the site, seek unauthorized access or submit harmful content.

2. Product Information

Website examples help explain our products. Your order is defined by the specifications, artwork, sample and documents both parties accept in writing.

3. Quotations

Prices depend on your materials, size, quantity, production, packing and delivery needs. Changes may require a new quote.

Your quote states its validity and charges. We identify product, sample, tooling, packing, freight, tax and other costs before you commit to an order or paid service.

4. Samples

Design help and 3D previews are free. Existing similar samples are free; you pay courier costs. Custom samples cost US$10 and take 3–5 calendar days after payment. Shipping time is separate.

The sample fee can be credited toward a bulk order. We refund it if sample quality does not meet the agreed requirements. We send photos and videos, then ship after you confirm. Your quote states the sample, revision scope, approval method, shipping and any tooling charges.

5. Orders and Payments

An order starts when both parties accept the written quote and order details. Production begins after the agreed approvals and payment conditions are met.

Your order states the amount, payment method, stages, fees and taxes. Delayed payment or approval may affect the schedule. Request changes or cancellation promptly in writing. We assess completed work and non-cancellable material costs, then propose any adjustment in writing.

6. Custom Artwork and Intellectual Property

You must own or have permission to use the designs, logos and other materials you send. Tell us about any restrictions.

We use your artwork for the agreed project. Public use requires your authorization. Ownership and any separate design rights follow the written agreement.

7. Production Tolerances

Materials and production may cause differences in color, texture or size. Tolerances and acceptance standards should be agreed in the specifications, approved sample or written quality requirements.

8. Shipping

We follow the agreed schedule. Materials, approvals or transport may cause delays; we will tell you about known delays and discuss the next steps.

Your order states the destination, shipping arrangement, freight, taxes and delivery responsibilities. Production and shipping times are listed separately.

9. Inspection, Returns and Refunds

Check your delivery. For defects, wrong items, shortages or damage, email us promptly with your order reference, affected quantity, a description and photos or other records. We assess the issue against the agreed requirements.

Custom orders have no change-of-mind returns unless the order or applicable law provides otherwise. We address confirmed problems under the order through rework, replacement, delivery of missing items or an appropriate refund. Agree return instructions, address and costs before sending goods back. For refunds, we confirm the amount and processing details, including payment-provider timing.

10. Responsibility

Claims follow the written order and applicable law. These terms set no fixed compensation limit and do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Third-Party Links

External services, including WhatsApp, have their own terms. Their availability and policies may change.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Raise disputes in writing first so we can review the order and try to resolve the issue together.

The written order’s valid governing-law and dispute-resolution agreements apply, along with legal requirements.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our practices change. Updates do not replace an existing written order unless both parties agree or the law requires it. The current terms and effective date appear here.
